METHODOLOGY

The question this tab answers: how much sourcing work did our internal team produce each quarter?

Each column is bucketed by when the event actually happened, not when the candidate was first contacted. A hire in Q2 26 might have been contacted in Q4 25 — it lands in Q2 because that's when they signed.

Numbers reflect internal sourcing work only — what sourcers produced while on Bench / Internal allocation in BambooHR. Client-billed work is excluded (see the Internal vs External tab for that).

Excluded: client-billed work, IR-only roles, onboarding contacts to the client a sourcer is about to join, and any sourcer whose total quarterly contacts came to fewer than 5 (treated as transitional noise — drops their whole quarter).

METHODOLOGY

The question this tab answers: does our sourcing team pay for itself?

Internal Cost — what our sourcers cost while sitting on bench / internal time (no client billing).
External Revenue — what we billed clients for sourcer time during the quarter.
External Cost — what those same sourcers cost us during the time they were billed to a client.
External Margin — External Revenue − External Cost. The profit our sourcers generate from billed work.
Sustainability Score — External Margin ÷ Internal Cost. Above 1.0 means the margin from billed work pays for the internal team. Higher = healthier.
Cost / Hire — (Internal Cost + External Cost) ÷ Hires.
Allocation split day-by-day from BambooHR: time on Bench / Internal → internal cost; time on a Client → external cost. Core Tribe and On Leave excluded.

METHODOLOGY

The question this tab answers: of all the roles that closed this quarter, what share did our sourcing team close?

A role counts as closed if it's archived in Bubble, OR if at least one hire was made and nothing's happened on it in 90+ days, OR if nothing's happened on it in 90+ days. That's the universe of closed roles for the quarter.

A closed role counts as closed by us if at least one hire on it was sourced by anyone on the TS team — not just the role's assigned sourcer. Closing rate = Closed by us ÷ Total closed.

Bulk roles (≥4 hires/job, mostly Wolt courier batches) get a purple chip. Toggle "incl. bulk" on the rate column to control whether they count. Click any quarter row to drill down into Internal vs External and to filter the By Client + By Sourcer tables below. Tribe-internal recruiting clients (BD - Tribe, Tribe: Talent Pools, September 2024 Drive, Tribe IR) excluded.

METHODOLOGY

The question this tab answers: how much sourcing output came from people on Bench / Internal time vs people billed to a client?

Each column is bucketed by when the event actually happened (same rule as TS-Summary). A hire in Q2 26 might have been contacted in Q4 25 — it lands in Q2 because that's when they signed.

Internal = work the sourcer did while on Bench / Internal allocation (not billable).
External = work the sourcer did while billed to a client (billable).

A sourcer can appear in both rows in the same quarter if they switched allocation mid-quarter — work is split day-by-day, not by who they "belong to."

Internal column should match TS-Summary's hire count for the same quarter when "Include bulk" is ON. Same exclusions apply: IR-only roles, onboarding contacts to the client a sourcer is about to join, sourcer-quarters with fewer than 5 contacts (noise filter). Bulk roles excluded by default — toggle below to include.

METHODOLOGY

The question this tab answers: how does our internal sourcing team scale relative to the TA team, month by month?

TS Active Jobs — distinct jobs where someone on the TS roster, while on Bench / Internal allocation that day, made a contact in the month.

Internal TS Team Size — distinct off-client TS sourcers (Bench / Internal) who made at least one contact in the month.

TA Active Jobs — distinct jobs where a TA moved a candidate to a downstream stage (Recruiter Screen, Moved to ATS, Onsite, Offer, Hired) in the month.

TA Team Size — distinct TAs who made at least one such downstream stage move in the month.

Jobs / TS — TS Active Jobs ÷ Internal TS Team Size.

TS Coverage — TS Active Jobs ÷ TA Active Jobs.

TA:TS Ratio — TA Team Size : Internal TS Team Size (e.g. 33 TAs to 7 sourcers = 33:7).

Rosters: TS = the 19-sourcer roster used elsewhere in this dashboard (Sanja excluded). TA = the list maintained by the recruiting dashboard's WBR weekly roster. External recruiters excluded. Tribe-internal jobs included.
